Job Overview:

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in pharmaceutical and medical product sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical products and pharmaceuticals.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data.
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficiency in using sales management and reporting software.

Job Description
1. Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Range of Services within Energy Sector applications.
2. Analyze and understand market insights and the customers' buying behavior, making sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets.
3. Look for and manage leads from the market and customers to convert them into real business opportunities to ensure the pipeline.
4. Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings, and interactions to customers, concentrating on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services.
5. Run the commercial operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools.
6. Develop highly profitable quotes reflecting customer needs stressing unique selling points and follow-up for a hit-rate.
7. Use the CRM tool and other tools consistently and qualitatively to support the sales process and decisions.
8. Work proactively and structured with sales to optimize sales efficiency.
