Join our team as an Executive Secretary!
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Secretary to support our managerial positions in the petrochemical/oil industry. This position is based in Jubail, KSA, and offers a contract of 1 year, renewable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management
- Manage document control and filing systems
- Assist in PR/PO creation using SAP

Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an administrative role within the petrochemical/oil sector
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of the English language

Package:
- Gross salary of 5500 SAR monthly (including HRA and TRA) with benefits as per Saudi law

Working Hours:
- 8 hours per day
