Responsibilities:
  • Monitor real-time data and manage incidents to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Perform real-time monitoring of drilling activities for safe and efficient operations.
  • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting Realtime system issues.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents.

Qualifications:
  • Associate Diploma, technical degree or Bachelor's required.
  • Experience in technical support, remote operations or IT support preferred.
  • Able to work shifts in the field.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 247 support.
