We are currently seeking a dedicated Generalist in Human Resources who will play a crucial role in assisting management and the leadership team with various HR-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support management and leadership teams with HR issues and problem resolution.
- Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
- Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes and related challenges.
- Coordinate drug testing, reference checks, background checks, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Maintain accurate records of applicant flow, drug tests, orientations, and transfer requests.
- Create and maintain employee files, entering information into HR systems.
- Assist in the orientation process for new employees.
- Ensure all recruitment processes meet legal and company policy standards.
- Support payroll processing and records maintenance as needed.
- Develop positive working relationships and collaborate to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
