Join as a Generalist-Human Resources at Marriott International!

We are currently seeking a dedicated Generalist in Human Resources who will play a crucial role in assisting management and the leadership team with various HR-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support management and leadership teams with HR issues and problem resolution.
  • Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
  • Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes and related challenges.
  • Coordinate drug testing, reference checks, background checks, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant flow, drug tests, orientations, and transfer requests.
  • Create and maintain employee files, entering information into HR systems.
  • Assist in the orientation process for new employees.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes meet legal and company policy standards.
  • Support payroll processing and records maintenance as needed.
  • Develop positive working relationships and collaborate to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No specific license or certification needed.
