Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic sourcing plan to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and performance metrics.
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and innovation.
Oversee the purchasing team, providing leadership, guidance, and development opportunities.
Monitor market trends and industry best practices to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations and meet business objectives.
Manage inventory levels to optimize cash flow and minimize stockouts.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain disruptions.
