About the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking an HSE Officer to ensure the implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and environmental standards across site operations. This full-time position is based in King Abdullah Economic City and Thuwal, requiring 3-5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with legal and client requirements while minimizing risks.

Role Overview

The HSE Officer is responsible for upholding health, safety, and environmental protocols within Musanadah Facilities Management's operational sites. This involves driving adherence to safety regulations, mitigating potential hazards, and protecting personnel, assets, and the environment from risks. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational integrity through robust HSE practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and control hazards.
• Implement and monitor HSE plans, procedures, and permit-to-work systems on site.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for staff and subcontractors.
• Prepare HSE reports and statistics, and maintain accurate safety records.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, including drills and response plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Health, Safety, and Environment role.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor HSE standards effectively.
• Experience in conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Proficiency in preparing HSE reports and maintaining accurate records.
