As part of the Modern Arab House Group Limited, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating cleaning activities in our facilities to ensure a clean and tidy work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the daily and weekly work program and distribute tasks to the cleaning staff.
• Conduct rounds on the departments and facilities of the health facility to ensure cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the cleaning staff to ensure that each is in their place of work and applying work procedures.
• Train the cleaning staff on how to use cleaning materials, tools, and devices.
• Monitor the implementation of general periodic cleaning programs.
• Evaluate the performance level of the cleaning staff and submit recommendations to the department head.
• Schedule annual vacations for the cleaning staff.
• Maintain records and logs related to staff attendance and vacations.
• Prepare the daily cleaning report and submit it to the department head.
• Perform any other tasks assigned within the scope of work.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or higher with 3 years of experience in the field of cleaning supervision. You must be fluent in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tests on samples such as plant cells or animal tissues, determine the effects of various production methods on growth and yield, test product quality, and identify pests and other harmful organisms.
• Inspect and assess farms, evaluating environmental conditions for plants and animals, such as humidity, temperature, and cleanliness.
• Offer technical support in agriculture, advising on new procedures or methodologies aimed at improving productivity and yield, and assist in their implementation.
• Operate and maintain research equipment necessary for sample analysis, identifying living organisms and testing quality, or supporting agricultural specialists or farmers.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
