Introduction: At Abdul Mohsen Ali Al-Suhaili Contracting Company, we are looking for an outstanding project management director to oversee project and program management activities. This position requires a deep understanding of project development and execution processes to ensure that objectives are achieved within the specified budget.

Main Responsibilities:

• Overall supervision of project and program development and execution plans.
• Monitoring project execution plan development processes and workflow.
• Setting and tracking project budgets and contractual procedures.
• Identifying project costs and funding sources.
• Estimating the financial budget and determining human and technical requirements.
• Identifying project risks and the necessary steps to avoid them.
• Assessing the project's output level against objectives.
• Preparing project progress reports and regularly evaluating performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Engineering.
• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred.
• Experience in reporting and monitoring.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
