About the Role:
The Senior Sales Specialist will focus on the Middle East geography, specifically targeting the Industrial portfolio in Water treatment and Homecare markets. This role requires collaboration, communication, and strong relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage account portfolio and implement sales plans.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, understanding their needs and identifying new clients.
  • Utilize CRM systems for documenting sales activities.
  • Oversee sales contracts in line with Dow’s guidelines.
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to meet volume and value goals.
  • Conduct market intelligence to enhance sales plans.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or a STEM field.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in sales within the Industrial Water Treatment and Oil & Gas sector.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

Skills Required:
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
