Yousef M. Al-Dossary & Sons Holding Group Co. was founded in 1950 by Sheikh Yousef Mohammad Al-Briek Al-Dossary as a contracting organization, contributing to infrastructure development in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The company expanded its operations to include real estate, real estate development, and the establishment of residential and commercial buildings. In 1985, it ventured into industrial business with the acquisition of AlBanjer Plastic Factory, followed by the establishment of Al-Sharq Polystyrene Factory in 1990 and Anjad for advanced Plastic industries Factory in 2009. The group further diversified into oil services, restaurant and cafe chain management, and telecommunication services. In 2010, the various institutions under Yousef Mohammad Al-Briek Al-Dossary group transformed into a holding company, Yousef M. Al-Dossary & Sons Holding Group Co., operating across multiple sectors including contracting, real estate, manufacturing, trading, oil services, and hospitality.
