National Medical Care Company (Care) is a Saudi joint-stock company established in 2003. Initially, it was a closed joint-stock company formed through a partnership between the public sector (represented by the General Organization for Social Insurance) and private sector shareholders. It became a publicly traded company in the financial market in 2014. The company owns and operates several hospitals and medical centers in Saudi Arabia, including Care Medical Hospital Al Malaz branch (formerly National Hospital), established in 1966, and Care Medical Hospital Al Rawabi branch, established in 1990. National Medical Care Company is among the top 10 healthcare companies by market value in the Middle East, accounting for 60% of healthcare companies in Saudi Arabia.
