Capital Lights Electromechanical Contracting Establishment was founded in 1387 AH (1967 AD) to undertake electromechanical and civil work contracts. The establishment built a strong reputation in the contracting sector in the Kingdom during the early stages of development. It executed projects valued over 250 million Saudi Riyals until 1405 AH (1985 AD). With the expansion of its operations, the establishment was converted into a limited liability company under the name "Adhwa' Al Asima Electromechanical Co.". The company continues to participate in the execution of electricity projects across the Kingdom, with an average annual project value exceeding 150 million Saudi Riyals. It is classified as a Grade I electromechanical contracting company by the Contractors' Classification Committee and is also a member of the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
