Employee rights:

Responsibilities:

• Devote time to the job
• Answering mobile calls for the store during official working hours
• Opening and closing the store during official working hours
• Good interaction with customers
• Possessing the skill of presentation, persuasion, and product introduction
• Selling, returning, and accounting for customers
• Supervising the arrangement and organization of the store and fitting room
• Managing inventory (stocktaking, organizing)
• Welcoming representatives or suppliers and taking care of their visits in service of the institution
• Complying with the work policy outlined in the contract

Prohibited actions during working hours:

• Being involved in another job or studying
• Being distracted by personal mobile calls or watching
• Leaving the store to shop or visit other stores
• Absence without prior notification (one day in advance)
• Eating and drinking inside the store
• Welcoming friends or family
• Bringing children
