Customer Account Manager

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager at IT Pillars. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and understanding client needs.

Job Description:

· 02 years of experience in account management or a similar field.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs

· Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

· ​Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

· Plan a monthly visit schedule to meet clients and discuss their requirements

· Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

· Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met​

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Good attention to detail and organizational skills​

•Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

•Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
