Medical Representative

About the Role

Julphar is seeking a Medical Representative to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for driving sales profitability and growth within an assigned territory by effectively promoting and selling the company's products and services. The role involves establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships to secure new business accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers using a relationship-based approach.
• Demonstrate products to potential customers and assist them in selecting suitable solutions.
• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers within the assigned territory to generate new business.
• Research sources for prospective customers and gather information to determine their potential value.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service teams.
• Analyze the territory's potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
• Create and manage customer value plans for existing customers, highlighting their profile, share, and value opportunities.
• Provide management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Participate in relevant conferences and conventions.
