FieldCore specifically installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of global energy infrastructure to provide reliable and affordable energy.

The Role: Operations Director

This full-time Operations Director position is responsible for developing and driving strategic growth initiatives within the region. The role focuses on delivering customer value through key business metrics, optimizing the existing portfolio of contracts, and providing strong leadership for the region's operating rhythm. The Director also contributes to the overall business strategy and serves as the single point of contact for the aero business.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize operational processes and meet compliance requirements by establishing and maintaining operating rhythms across all segments, projects, and customers.
• Work closely with the Service Director and Service Managers to investigate, analyze, and resolve field service issues and quality concerns in a timely manner.
• Establish working rhythms with FieldCore Functions, Service Lines, Field Operations, and Resource Operations.
• Leverage key productivity tools in lean and quality to deliver process excellence.
• Drive operational excellence, rigor, and compliance on Fulfillment 5 metrics, including Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), Quality, Cycle, Cost, and Productivity.
• Monitor EHS Performance pre and post outage, working with Site EHS Specialists.
• Develop and implement an outage best practice plan.
• Support the Regional General Manager (RGM) on an as-needed basis as an extended resource or delegate.
• Manage, lead, and develop a team of Operations Managers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college in Operations, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 11 years of combined experience in business administration, operations, field services, engineering, or other related fields.
• A minimum of 6 years of leadership experience.
• English proficiency is required.

Desired Attributes

• Demonstrated field engineering experience and strong mechanical/technical skills; expert in power generation outage maintenance.
• Knowledge of power generation products, services, and installations.
• Demonstrated commitment to process improvement.

• Effective interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of employees.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
• Contractual Services Experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication and leadership skills.

Work Environment and Commitment

This position requires travel and the willingness to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as necessitated by field assignments. The role may also involve other duties to proactively drive FieldCore's vision and align with the organization’s core values.
