Order Taker (Saudi Only)

About the Role

Accor is seeking an Order Taker (Saudi Only) to join their team. This full-time position is responsible for managing guest requests related to Housekeeping services, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Order Taker plays a crucial role in coordinating and following up on guest requests for Housekeeping services. This involves receiving requests through various channels, accurately recording them, and ensuring seamless communication with relevant departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately record guest requests for Housekeeping services via telephone, hotel systems, or other communication channels.
• Enter all requests correctly into the hotel system, including room number, guest details, preferences, and special requirements.
• Confirm request details with guests to ensure accuracy and avoid misunderstandings.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping supervisors and Room Attendants to ensure timely completion of guest requests.
• Monitor the status of requests and follow up until completion.
• Handle requests for towels, pillows, blankets, extra beds, toiletries, amenities, and other room supplies.
• Receive and coordinate maintenance requests reported by guests and communicate them to the Engineering Department.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and provide appropriate assistance or escalate issues when required.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, calls, follow-ups, and completed services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant field.
• Must be a Saudi national.
