Search for a specialist in talent acquisition who has a keen eye in distinguishing capable candidates and an immense ability to detect the imposter. A person who absorbs the organization's job needs and works to find ideal individuals for that need. Key Responsibilities:
• Managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes in all their stages, from creating and managing job advertisements, screening job applicants, and conducting interviews.
• Managing the talent and new employee database. Must-have:
• Over 2 years of experience in talent and competency acquisition or recruiting.
• Experience in talent acquisition methods through job platforms and social media networks.
• Ability to use digital tools: Gsuite, Slack, Trello, PipeDrive, etc.
• High communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong observation skills.
• Organized personality.
• Quick-witted and fast learner. Work location:
• Remote work, from anywhere – as long as you have an internet connection and a mobile device available for communication.
