Join the Team as a Sales Manager at InterContinental The Red Sea Resort

At InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in filling hotel rooms, meeting suites, and banquet halls. As a Sales Manager, you will have a pivotal role in driving sales and exceeding targets at our luxurious resort located on the pristine shores of the Red Sea.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Directly sell hotel room nights and maintain high visibility in major market areas.
  • Achieve personal and team sales goals through proactive sales strategies.
  • Implement tactical sales plans to enhance profitability and occupancy rates.
  • Develop relationships with community officials and attend conventions to promote new business.
  • Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts for your designated area.
  • Participate in budget processes and sales/marketing plan development.
  • Coordinate with other departments for effective service delivery.
  • Interact with guests and various contacts to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

What We Need From You:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are preferred.
  • Ability to stand or move frequently within the hotel.
