Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a portfolio of key clients across the Facility Management and Asset Management sectors.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Support the development and implementation of tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the senior sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IoT, caFM, iBMS, Energy Management, and Digital Twin solutions.
- Stay updated on trends and innovations in Facility Management, Asset Management, IoT, and related technologies.
- Monitor client performance and usage of solutions to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and solution customization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Familiarity with IoT, caFM, iBMS, Energy Management, or Digital Twin solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
