Job Title: Part-time Sales and Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote work (preferred in Riyadh)

Job Overview

We are looking for a sociable and professional person to join us part-time from 12 PM to 5 PM. In this role, you will communicate with clients, follow up on their requests, and respond to their inquiries to ensure a seamless booking experience. If successful in this role, there is an opportunity to transition to a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team: Communicating with new clients via phone and email to explain the platform's services, address inquiries during the booking process, and complete sales transactions.
• Client calls: Conducting regular calls to ensure the satisfaction of existing clients and provide support as needed.
• Customer service and administration: Responding to customer inquiries and tasks related to customer relationship management (CRM), preparing quotations, offers, and agreements, and sending them via email.

Qualifications

• A well-organized individual, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• A sociable person who loves to build professional social relationships in the workplace.
• Located in Saudi Arabia and available from 12 PM to 5 PM.
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.
• Preferably someone with experience or specialized training in sales and customer service.
• Any background in photography or artistic production would be a valuable addition.

Compensation

• A base salary with a commission for every successful sale.
