About Your Role
We are currently searching for a Senior Shipping Coordinator to handle our logistics needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Organizing and ordering domestic and international transport.
- Negotiating transport prices.
- Monitoring and controlling transport orders during their execution.
- Cooperating with the Customs Agency and Customs Offices.
- Providing customer service in English related to deliveries.
- Organizing necessary documentation for customers (ATR, EUR1, certificates of origin).
What You Need:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Project shipping experience.
- Experience in cross-country trade and shipments.
- Knowledge of global import and export rules and customs dealings.
- Experience with courier, truck, sea, and air transport.
- Oversized cargo transport experience (coaster experience is beneficial).
- Fluency in English and experience negotiating with forwarders.
- SAP experience is desirable, but not mandatory.
