The Role: Sr. PS Program Manager, Saudi Arabia

OpenText is seeking a Sr. PS Program Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic customer programs across the Middle East, based in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves governing the successful delivery of OpenText solutions, driving customer outcomes, ensuring delivery excellence, and managing commercial performance. The role requires overseeing multiple customer engagements and guiding project managers, partners, consultants, and stakeholders through all phases of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Govern strategic customer programs from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Drive delivery performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and customer outcomes.
• Own portfolio forecasting, financial performance, revenue realization, margin health, and change governance across assigned engagements.
• Assess delivery readiness, implementation approaches, resource requirements, timelines, and risks during deal reviews and project initiation.
• Lead executive governance, stakeholder communications, escalation management, and recovery planning for complex programs.
• Govern OpenText-led and partner-led engagements to ensure delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and commercial alignment.
• Collaborate across Sales, Consulting, Architecture, Support, Customer Success, and partner teams to achieve program objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex enterprise software programs.
• Strong governance and commercial acumen.
• Executive stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and customers without direct authority.

Experience Level

Candidates for this full-time position should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
