Valet Attendant

About the Role

Luxury Collection is seeking a Valet Attendant to join their team. This full-time position involves greeting guests, assisting with their belongings, and ensuring efficient service delivery. The role requires excellent guest service skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the safe unloading of their items.
• Deliver laundry and clothing directly to guestrooms.
• Respond promptly to requests from guests, the Front Desk, or At Your Service.
• Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of laundry and dry cleaning items.
• Complete all valet tickets accurately to ensure proper handling.
• Coordinate repairs with appropriate personnel and arrange for pick-up and delivery upon completion.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Communicate professionally and clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
• Comply with all quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, grasping, turning, manipulating objects, and lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods as required.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
• License or Certification: None specified.
