In short, we are looking for a person with high capabilities, great experience, and experience in managing multi-million marketing campaigns.
*Very important tasks and skills for a marketing manager:
-Previous work experience of at least 4 years in digital marketing
-He previously managed and implemented successful marketing campaigns in
digital marketing.
-Managing the entire marketing team, includingcontent creation, taking into
account search engine optimization and data analysis.
-Follow up with the sales team and provide the best solutions to increase the
company’s sales growth rate and conversion rate.
-Preparing and building a digital marketing strategy
Develop appropriate plans and policies formarketing products/services in
target markets.
-Preparing marketing plans and marketing campaigns and supervising the
implementation of the campaigns and their outcomes.
-Preparing, following up and monitoring budgets allocated for marketing on a
quarterly basis.
-Measure and report on the return on investment (ROI) and KPIs for
marketing campaigns.
-Collecting information about target segments, analyzing it, and developing
advertising campaigns based on that to reach target customers and achieve a
high level of interaction.
-Managing the team responsible for all digital marketing channels such as
(website, blog, emails, social media).
-Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on the performance of each
customer.
-Monitor competitors and present creative ideas.
-Periodically follow the latest developments in digital technology.
-Strong knowledge of online marketing tools, best solutions and practices.
-Good skill in using online analysis tools, the most important of which is
Google Analytics.
-The ability to use Email Marketing tools and implement campaigns using a
marketing strategy (Funnel).
-The ability to use the WhatsApp API tool and send retargeting messages and
promotions in an automated manner.
*It is good to have the following skills:
- Previously implemented and managed advertising campaigns with a financial
budget exceeding 3 million Saudi riyals.
-The ability to translate creative ideas into concrete advertising, promotional
and marketing projects in reality.
-Understanding the rules and basics of designing websites and online stores.
-Analytical skills and project management.
-Advanced skills in SEO tools
