Role Summary

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - Accommodation to oversee accommodation and contract employee operations for Regional Sales Depots in Abha and Khamis Mushayt. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and catering services for all Sales Divisional Personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accommodation activities to maintain consistent hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular shift inspections to ensure adherence to house rules and company standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor catering operations during assigned shifts, ensuring service quality, hygiene, and nutritional standards meet company requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and review preventive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure all facility equipment remains operational.
• Plan, monitor, and control the department's budget while optimizing services for internal stakeholders.
• Support the Regional Assets & Facilities Manager with expense forecasting, spend analysis, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage liaison and coordination activities during shifts with internal departments and external service providers.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4 years of relevant experience in accommodation management or a similar field.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Experience in facilities maintenance planning and oversight.
• Proficiency in budget control and service optimization.
