Abdul Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Beverage Company (AQS-PEPSI) is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join its team in Abha, 'Asir. This is a full-time, field-based role focused on ensuring merchandising excellence and optimal product availability across assigned outlets.

Role Overview

The Merchandiser is responsible for the effective execution of merchandising standards, stock management, and brand visibility within a designated route. The role requires daily visits to various outlets to implement company guidelines and support sales growth through strong in-store presence and adherence to established merchandising protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent product availability through efficient stock replenishment and adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rotation principles.
• Maintain shelves, displays, coolers, pricing, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) in strict accordance with company merchandising standards.
• Maximize product visibility and secure optimal shelf share across all assigned retail outlets.
• Execute all merchandising and promotional programs effectively within the assigned route.
• Support sales growth by maintaining excellent in-store execution and comprehensive outlet coverage.
• Monitor stock levels diligently to minimize out-of-stock situations and mitigate expiry issues.
• Maintain accurate route records and provide timely reports on market observations.
• Cultivate strong professional relationships with customers and consistently deliver excellent service.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies in the market.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Certificate required; a Diploma is preferred.
• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing between 10–15 kg.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic field environment, requiring daily travel to various outlets.
