Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior HSE Manager who is a Saudi National to join our team in Abha, KSA. This full-time position is central to delivering better outcomes for our clients by ensuring robust Health, Safety, and Environment standards across ambitious and highly technical projects. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of the Project HSE Management System, including the HSE action monitoring system and incident reporting procedure, in compliance with internal management systems and client-specified requirements.
• Provide advice and support to the Project Director/Manager on the processes and procedures required to deliver HSE objectives.
• Interface and align Projects with Client HSE Processes.
• Advise the Project Director/Manager on training requirements for Project personnel and ensure effective HSE training is developed and delivered.
• Promote and lead HSE meetings, audits, and reviews.
• Ensure that specialist advice is obtained as required.
• Ensure a formal risk assessment process is developed, implemented, and maintained.
• Ensure HSE reports/correspondences are collected, analyzed, and communicated.
• Ensure Project HSE performance statistics are developed and communicated.
• Interface with the Client team to ensure prompt delivery of HSE scope of services.
• Ensure adequate HSE resources are available and manage those resources, ensuring delivery of HSE deliverables.
• Set clear direction and manage HSE Engineers/staff assigned to the project.

Qualifications and Experience

• A relevant degree and professional qualifications in Health, Safety, and Environment or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience as an HSE practitioner within the same or a related sector.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be a KSA National.

Essential Skills

• Prominent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and manage project HSE teams.

Reporting Structure and Location

This role functionally reports to both the Project Director/Manager and the Corporate HSE Manager, ensuring comprehensive oversight and strategic alignment. The position is based full-time in Abha, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
