About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduling Control Engineer to join their team in Abha, 'Asir. This full-time position involves developing, monitoring, and managing project schedules to ensure alignment with overall project goals and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
Monitor project progress and identify areas of concern or potential delays.
Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop mitigation plans for identified risks.
Provide regular updates on project status to project teams and management.
Review and analyze project data to identify trends and improve project performance.
Collaborate with construction & engineering teams to develop project schedules and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Manage schedule change requests and ensure that changes are properly documented and communicated.
Participate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling and control matters.
Support project managers in the development of project budgets and resource plans.
Ensure continued compliance with relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in scheduling and control engineering.
Proficiency in project management software.
Demonstrated ability to monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
Experience in collaborating with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
