About the Role

Dan - PIF Company is seeking a highly technical Fit-Out Technical Manager to oversee the delivery of fit-out works for luxury hospitality and resort developments. This is a hands-on role focused exclusively on the technical execution of fit-out projects, distinct from design, architecture, project management, or commercial functions. The position is based in Al-Ahsa, Eastern Province, and is a full-time opportunity.

Core Responsibilities

The Fit-Out Technical Manager will be responsible for driving quality and technical excellence throughout the fit-out delivery process. Key duties include:

• Leading fit-out delivery governance and execution oversight.
• Managing coordination between consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors.
• Overseeing mock-ups, material approvals, inspections, and QA/QC processes.
• Ensuring compliance with approved designs, hospitality standards, and operational requirements.
• Managing snagging, de-snagging, and handover readiness.
• Coordinating fit-out interfaces with MEP, ELV, and specialist systems.
• Supporting digital handover requirements, including O&M documentation, warranties, and FM acceptance.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates must possess a strong technical background in fit-out construction and delivery. Essential qualifications include:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in fit-out construction and technical delivery.
• Mandatory proven experience delivering fit-out works for hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality projects.
• Extensive knowledge of fit-out execution, QA/QC, inspections, testing & commissioning, and handover processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Background

While not strictly mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be highly regarded:

• Owner-side, PMC, or client representative experience.
• Experience with hospitality and hotel fit-out delivery, including luxury resorts and branded hospitality projects.
• Background in technical delivery and quality management.
• Experience with operational readiness and handover phases.
• Familiarity with CDE platforms such as ACC, Aconex, or Asite.

This is a full-time position located in Al-Ahsa, within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
