About the Payroll Accountant Role

Almoosa Health Group is seeking a dedicated Payroll Accountant to join our team in Al-Ahsa, Eastern Province. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll operations and employee financial records.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Payroll Accountant will be responsible for the meticulous management of employee accounts, including entitlements, deductions, and various financial records. This role requires a strong attention to detail and adherence to established procedures to ensure precise and timely payroll processing for all employees within the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and follow up on employee account data, including vacations, end-of-service benefits, tickets, residence permits, and employee loans.
• Monitor and process employee loans, ensuring accurate deductions from salaries.
• Perform data entry for changes in salary accounts and deductions.
• Prepare monthly salaries using the HCM Oracle System.
• Prepare all types of employee entitlements.
• Liaise with employees regarding loans and deductions, implementing necessary changes in salary accounts.
• Maintain and resolve all types of issues related to monthly payroll.
• Ensure the reconciliation and accuracy of all employee accounts.
• Undertake other applicable tasks and duties as assigned within the scope of knowledge and skills.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in payroll or accounting functions. A foundational understanding of payroll processes and strong data entry skills are essential for this role.
