About the Role

Fircroft is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Payroll Officer** to join their team in Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional who can accurately process payroll and manage related financial tasks while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Core Responsibilities

The Payroll Officer will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process, including the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, overtime, expenses, and all employee earnings and deductions. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring that payroll data within the ERP system aligns with employee contracts and that final settlements are processed in strict accordance with Saudi Labor Law. The role also includes preparing and distributing employee payslips, maintaining comprehensive payroll records, and addressing employee payroll inquiries. Coordination with the billing team to manage Purchase Orders (POs) and notify Account Managers of PO status is also a critical function.

Billing and Collections Duties

This position encompasses significant billing and collections responsibilities. The Payroll Officer will be tasked with preparing and issuing accurate client invoices, diligently monitoring invoice statuses, and following up on outstanding payments. Maintaining detailed records of all billing and collection activities, preparing weekly collection reports, and updating the ERP system accordingly are essential. The role also requires reconciling accounts receivable and resolving any payment discrepancies, while supporting the implementation of established collection policies and procedures.

General and Compliance Functions

Beyond core payroll and billing, the Payroll Officer will contribute to broader financial operations. This includes assisting with year-end payroll processing and supporting financial audits. Maintaining the strict confidentiality of all employee and company financial information is paramount. Staying current with Saudi payroll regulations and tax requirements is a continuous responsibility, alongside performing additional finance and payroll-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess a Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**. A minimum of **3–5 years** of direct experience in payroll processing is required. Essential knowledge includes a strong understanding of **Saudi Labor Law** and established payroll practices. Proficiency with **Microsoft AX Dynamics (eBECS)** or similar ERP systems is necessary, alongside advanced skills in **Microsoft Excel** and the broader Microsoft Office suite.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. A high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail are critical for success in this position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required to effectively interact with employees and internal teams.
