The Role of Accounts Receivables Officer

We are seeking an Accounts Receivables Officer to join our client's team in Al Jubail. This full-time position is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing, and facilitating timely collections. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, with salary dependent on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, verify, and process customer invoices accurately.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and track outstanding balances.
Proactively follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
Prepare regular collection reports, receivables aging summaries, and outstanding payment reports.
Maintain accurate customer accounts, invoices, receipts, and payment records using SAP/ERP systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivables or a similar financial role.
Proficiency in using SAP/ERP systems for financial record management.
Demonstrated ability to manage and track outstanding balances effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
