Corporate Transformation Specialist

About the Role

Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP) is seeking a Corporate Transformation Specialist to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time role is central to governing and advancing the corporate transformation roadmap, ensuring disciplined delivery, optimized performance, and effective decision-making across the organization.

Role Purpose

The Corporate Transformation Specialist will oversee strategic initiatives, PMO governance, and enterprise programs. The primary objective is to ensure that all transformation efforts are aligned with corporate goals, executed efficiently, and contribute to sustainable improvements within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver executive and Board reporting packs to facilitate timely, accurate, and insight-driven decision-making.
• Establish and maintain PMO frameworks and standards to ensure consistent, structured, and auditable program execution.
• Manage the registration, validation, scheduling, and dependency mapping of transformation initiatives to maintain an accurate and integrated master plan.
• Lead quarterly strategic review cycles to ensure alignment of KPI models, initiative portfolios, and strategic themes.
• Support enterprise transformation initiatives by enabling process redesign, organizational integration, and operational excellence to achieve sustainable improvements.
• Conduct business cases, modeling, and feasibility studies to provide financial justification and enhance strategic decision-making.
• Implement portfolio risk management and RAID processes to ensure proactive identification, escalation, and mitigation of cross-functional risks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
