Cost Control Engineer

About the Role

Hudson Manpower is seeking a Cost Control Engineer to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This is a full-time, long-term position focused on cost control within the Oil & Gas industry. The role requires strong experience, particularly in EPC and/or Shutdown & Turnaround (SD/TA) projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing and maintaining cost control procedures for Oil & Gas projects.
• Preparing and submitting detailed cost reports.
• Communicating effectively with project teams and stakeholders regarding cost performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery industry is essential.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience with EPC and/or Shutdown & Turnaround (SD/TA) projects is preferred, with SD/TA experience highly preferred.
• Candidates with Saudi Arabia / GCC experience will be preferred.
• Additional certification in Cost Control, Project Controls, or Quantity Surveying is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to cost management.

Compensation and Benefits

The basic salary for this position ranges from 5000 to 7000. Food, accommodation, and transportation will be provided by the company.

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, offering a long-term engagement within the Oil & Gas sector.
