About the Opportunity

FNRCO is seeking a highly experienced Residential Compound Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a residential compound in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for ensuring the efficient management and smooth functioning of the compound, providing a high-quality living environment for all residents.

Core Responsibilities

The Residential Compound Manager will be responsible for a comprehensive range of duties related to property and resident services. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing tenant relations and ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Overseeing all aspects of leasing and rent collection processes.
• Directing facilities management, including infrastructure and amenities.
• Coordinating maintenance operations and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Managing vendor relationships and contracts effectively.

Candidate Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a strong educational background and extensive professional experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Property Management or Residential Management.
• Mandatory experience working within Saudi Arabia.
• Professional certifications such as IFMA, FMP, or CFM are preferred.

Essential Skills and Requirements

Beyond professional experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate specific linguistic and logistical capabilities:

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license.
• Willingness to relocate to Jubail.

Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time employment opportunity based in Al Jubail, located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The role requires a dedicated presence on-site to effectively manage all aspects of the residential compound.
