Sales Engineer

About the Role

HUDSON is seeking a Sales Engineer with strong technical expertise in rotating equipment to join our team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time role focuses on driving sales for workshop services within the Oil & Gas industry, specifically targeting repair, overhaul, and maintenance of various rotating equipment.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for expanding business opportunities and managing client relationships to promote HUDSON's workshop services. This involves working closely with major OEM companies, understanding their service needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective technical and commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell workshop services for rotating equipment, including repair, overhaul, and maintenance of pumps, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes.
• Manage sales and service activities related to rotating equipment.
• Collaborate with major OEM companies to understand and address their service requirements.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular client visits to assess technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and submit technical commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and workshop teams.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Coordinate with planning, execution, and estimation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all enquiries, quotations, and tenders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven hands-on experience in rotating equipment.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.

Compensation

The salary for this position is SAR 5,000 - SAR 6,000 per month.
