About the Role

Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. is seeking a highly experienced Civil Incharge (Industrial Services) to join our team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time position is critical for overseeing and managing all civil engineering activities on-site for various oil and gas industrial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works, ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects efficiently and within established parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all civil engineering works specifically related to oil and gas industrial services for ARAMCO / SABIC projects.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, contractors, and engineers to ensure all project specifications and standards are consistently met.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and quality control procedures on-site.
• Manage resources, schedules, and work plans to optimize project delivery and achieve objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections, review project progress, and proactively resolve any technical issues that may arise.
• Prepare and review comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and essential project documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth and integrated project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically within the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience in successfully managing industrial services civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards relevant to oil and gas environments.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures is highly preferred.
