About the Role

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our client's team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in leading and overseeing construction projects. The role focuses on ensuring project delivery aligns with safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards, particularly within Advanced Technology & Life Sciences (ATLS) facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive construction execution for Advanced Technology & Life Sciences (ATLS) facilities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, resolve site issues, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
