Advanced Petrochemical Company is seeking a Material Contracts Analyst to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time role is essential for managing procurement processes and ensuring the efficient acquisition of materials.

Role Overview

The Material Contracts Analyst will be responsible for executing purchase requisitions, sourcing vendors, and managing purchase orders for materials. This position requires coordination with various internal departments and adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute purchase requisitions for materials in accordance with approved specifications, delivery requirements, and established procurement procedures.
• Source qualified vendors, obtain competitive quotations, and perform commercial evaluations to ensure best value, quality, and delivery.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) and monitor order progress, expediting where necessary to meet project and operational schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, operations, inspection, logistics, and warehouse teams to clarify material requirements and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Review vendor documentation, certifications, and inspection requirements in line with industry and contractual standards.
• Resolve discrepancies in pricing, quantity, delivery, and invoicing with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier data, and reporting within the ERP/system.
• Support supplier performance management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in material contracts or procurement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage procurement processes from requisition to delivery.
• Experience with ERP systems and maintaining accurate procurement records.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. The role involves working collaboratively with various internal departments and external vendors.
