Operator III

About the Role

SASREF is seeking an Operator III to join their team in Al Jubail. This full-time position is responsible for executing operational field activities safely and efficiently to support the manufacture of products to specifications. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform operational activities to support the efficient receipt and preparation of feedstocks for process units.
• Execute routine operational field activities to support the achievement of production targets.
• Conduct operational field activities during Start-Up/Shut-Down and process upsets to minimize plant disruption.
• Assist in equipment preparation and work-site setup to support efficient execution of maintenance activities.
• Execute operational activities during SD/TA to support plant and equipment reliability.
• Ensure business processes and work activities comply with SASREF policy, procedures, and best practices for safe, efficient, and cost-effective achievement of business objectives.
• Comply fully with all cybersecurity requirements and participate in awareness courses, reporting campaigns, and other related initiatives.
• Carry out simple maintenance and repair tasks following detailed instructions and under close supervision.
• Organize own work schedule, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks if necessary.

Safety and Compliance

The Operator III must ensure personal safety and well-being measures are always in place and that actions do not jeopardize the safety of others. Adherence to all IOWs, Safe Operating Procedures, and Safe Work Instructions is critical to prevent WPS and PSM incidents. Compliance with the SASREF HSE Policy, the 5 Safety Principles, and 8 Life Saving Rules is mandatory.

Cybersecurity Responsibilities

This role requires maintaining SASREF’s cybersecurity by implementing security best practices. Strict adherence to all cybersecurity requirements is expected when dealing with SASREF’s assets and data, along with continuous compliance with information security policies.

Performance Indicators

• No personal injury or injury to a third party.
• No WPS or PSM incidents caused.
• Reporting of all suspicious emails, including phishing tests.
• Zero failures in phishing campaign tests.
• 100% completion of assigned cybersecurity awareness courses.
• Zero cybersecurity violations or negative behavior.
