QA/QC Electrical Engineer

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) delivers comprehensive solutions across the entire asset lifecycle, encompassing licensed process technologies, advisory services, technical expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions for optimizing assets. KBR is seeking a QA/QC Instrument Engineer to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This full-time position involves technical and supervisory responsibilities related to instrumentation works, ensuring adherence to international standards and organizational protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the progress of instrumentation works, including installation and commissioning across various units.
• Plan and control the inspection of all instrumentation works and associated activities.
• Oversee the testing and commissioning phases of instrumentation works.
• Conduct final inspections of completed instrumentation works prior to client handover.
• Review instrumentation shop drawings and vendor drawings to ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Evaluate instrumentation material submittals for adherence to contract documents.
• Assess instrumentation specifications and calculations for conformance with contract documents.
• Implement the SATORP Instrumentation Quality Assurance Plan.
• Review as-built drawings for instrumentation work, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranty documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
• Promote the reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
• Comply with all Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) procedures before and during work execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Proven experience in testing and commissioning of instrumentation works.
• Experience range of 5-10 years is required for this role.
