About the Role

LTM is seeking a Vmware Hosting Administrator for a contract position in Al Jubail. This role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in Vmware hosting environments.

Role Overview

The Vmware Hosting Administrator will serve as a critical secondary resource for various hosting technologies. The primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of these systems according to contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide secondary support for VCF (VMware Cloud Foundation), ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure), Vmware, and VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure).
• Manage and execute patching and vulnerability remediation processes.
• Handle Business As Usual (BAU) tasks to ensure operational continuity.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for Incident Resolution (IR), Change Requests (CR), and Service Requests (SR).
• Deliver services in accordance with all contractual terms and conditions.

Required Experience

Candidates are expected to possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Vmware hosting administration and related technologies. This experience should encompass the areas mentioned in the key responsibilities.
