About the Role

Maras Real Estate is seeking a creative and practical Social Media and Content Management Specialist to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the company's social media presence and developing engaging content that accurately reflects our brand identity and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's social media accounts across various platforms.
Develop and execute content plans, including scheduling posts.
Write compelling and platform-appropriate content.
Monitor industry trends and propose innovative content ideas relevant to the real estate sector.
Track content performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
Coordinate closely with design, photography, and marketing teams to implement content strategies.
Monitor comments and messages, engaging with the audience in a timely and appropriate manner.
Contribute to marketing campaigns and the launch of content for new real estate projects.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in social media account management and content creation.
Proven experience in managing social media accounts and developing content.
A good understanding of digital marketing principles and content performance analysis.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the real estate sector or real estate marketing.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Strong content writing skills and the ability to formulate creative ideas.
Proficiency with key social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
Demonstrated creativity and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
