Join our team as a Receptionist at AMT Arabia!
As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel and offices.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
• Provide accurate information to guests in-person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Ensure office security by managing access through the reception desk.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

Qualifications:
You should possess strong multitasking and stress management skills, with the ability to handle emergencies efficiently. A high school diploma is required, along with very good English writing and speaking abilities. Previous experience is preferred.

Working Environment:
The work environment is mixed, and this position is limited to Saudi nationals only.
