About the Role

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar is seeking a Saudi National to join as an Assistant Manager - Front Office. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Front Office department.

Role Purpose

The Assistant Manager - Front Office is responsible for supporting the effective management of the department. This involves aligning operations with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while consistently meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations and management of the Front Office department.
Ensure adherence to Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
Work towards meeting and exceeding employee, guest, and owner expectations.
Support the department in maintaining operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

Saudi National.
2-5 years of experience in a relevant front office or hospitality role.
Demonstrated ability to assist in departmental management.

Work Environment
