Engineer/Specialist Mechanical

About the Role

Kent is seeking a Mechanical Engineer/Specialist to support site engineering, design, and project execution in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and international codes, reviewing design documents, preparing engineering deliverables, and supporting construction and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review mechanical design packages, including piping systems, static equipment, rotating equipment, HVAC systems, firefighting systems, and utility systems.
• Prepare engineering deliverables such as mechanical datasheets, equipment layouts, piping layouts, isometric drawings, material take-offs (MTO), and technical reports.
• Ensure all engineering designs and documents comply with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards, Specifications, ASME, API, ASTM, NFPA, and other applicable international codes.
• Review vendor documents, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and manufacturer data for compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare procurement documents including Material Technical Approvals (MTA), Material Requisitions (MR), and Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE).
• Prepare redline markups, weld maps, and as-built documentation, including I-Plant requirements.
• Identify and report technical issues or deviations and prepare technical queries.
• Support the preparation of reports, method statements, and work procedures.
