Food & Beverage Assistant Manager

About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing assigned food and beverage and culinary operations, focusing on guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards, and achieving financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a property environment that promotes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a passion for service.
• Provide excellent customer service to all employees and respond proactively to their concerns.
• Utilize coaching skills across the property and demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Motivate and encourage staff to resolve guest and employee-related concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond proactively to their concerns.
• Understand and uphold the brand's service culture, setting service expectations for all guests.
• Take ownership of guest complaints until resolved or addressed by the appropriate manager or employee, following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with guests to build repeat clientele.
• Comply with all corporate accounting procedures.
• Assist the General Manager as needed with the annual Quality audit.

• 0-1 year of relevant experience is required for this role.
