About the Role

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel And Residences is seeking a General Technician to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position involves supporting the Engineering Department to ensure its smooth and efficient operation, thereby assisting all other operating departments within the hotel and residences.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide essential technical assistance that underpins the operational effectiveness of the Engineering Department. The General Technician contributes directly to maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary for the hotel's various departments to function seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations and maintenance tasks of the Engineering Department.
• Support the efficient functioning of all engineering systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with other operating departments to address technical needs and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Perform tasks as directed to maintain the hotel's facilities and infrastructure.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a technical support role, preferably within the hospitality sector or a similar environment.
