About Dar Rayhaan by Rotana

Dar Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a dedicated Hostess to join its team in Al Khobar. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the high standards of service associated with the Dar Rayhaan by Rotana brand.

The Hostess Role

The Hostess serves as the initial point of contact for guests, playing a vital role in setting a welcoming and organized tone for their dining experience. This position involves managing guest flow, handling reservations, and providing attentive service from arrival through seating, ensuring a smooth operation within the restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon their arrival at the restaurant.
Efficiently manage reservations and seat guests according to established procedures.
Present menus to guests and inform them of daily specials or promotions.
Receive and securely store guests' coats and personal belongings as needed.
Monitor the flow of the dining area and coordinate effectively with the waiting staff to optimize service.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with inquiries and reservation requests.
Address guest complaints and special requests in a professional and timely manner.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer-facing role.
Demonstrated ability to manage stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
A strong customer-focused mentality coupled with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Solid knowledge of restaurant operational procedures and etiquette.
